Site Director and coach with leadership, operations, and budgeting strengths—transitioning into client-focused financial services.
What I'm looking for
I’m a leadership professional transitioning into financial services, bringing a competitive athlete and coach mindset to build strong relationships, lead teams, and help programs grow. I’ve coached and mentored athletes toward major milestones while managing day-to-day operations in fast-paced, relationship-driven environments.
As a Site Director, I oversee up to 150 athletes across 6 groups, lead and develop 8 part-time staff, and manage roster numbers, labor costs, and program expenditures for sustainable growth.
