I am a dedicated IT Specialist with over two years of experience in maintaining in-house systems and providing exceptional customer support. My journey began at Bulamu HealthCare International, where I honed my skills in IT support, business analysis, and system administration. I have a proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring seamless operations for over 250 employees.

Currently, I am a Graduate Trainee at PPDA Uganda, where I conduct performance and compliance audits, as well as engage with the electronic government procurement system. My experience at Double Q CO Ltd further solidified my expertise in managing WAN and LAN networks, printer and camera management, and software installation. I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
