What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve big problems through efficient, sustainable, and scalable learning solutions, while leading and coaching teams, advancing accessibility, and building effective long-term learning environments.

When it comes to building world-class learning experiences, Jordan Cameron doesn't just follow the play book, she writes it.

As the Manager of Instructional Design at Rheem North America, Jordan leads learning initiatives across sales enablement, product adoption, process optimization, and change management. She built Rheem’s proprietary instructional design framework from scratch, creating a seamless experience for both internal teams and external customers—and helping 100% of New Product Introduction (NPI) training projects launch on time or early. Add in establishing organizational learning standards and a Learning Maturity Model, and it's clear she loves taking learning strategy from "where do we start?" to "look what we built."

Before Rheem, Jordan served as Director of Instructional Design & Curriculum Development at Edovate Learning Corp, where she juggled 10+ major concurrent projects and streamlined operations to bring product development 50% under budget. Her career roots run deep through higher education and K–12, including shaping accessibility strategies for 142,000 students as WGU’s Program Development Standards & Practice Lead, guiding distance learning at Kennesaw State University, and teaching graduate courses on online learning design. Along the way, she earned her CPACC certification, snagged a few awards (like Campus Technology’s Impact Award and the national AliveTek Wagner Award for distance learning innovation), and earned an Ed.S. in Learning, Design, and Technology from the University of Georgia.

When she isn't modernizing learning ecosystems, Jordan is usually hanging out with her husband and kids, traveling, catching live concerts, or cheering loudly for the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs. She is an unrepentant Parks & Recreation fan and firmly believes that "just one more chapter" is a perfectly reasonable excuse to stay up way past her bedtime.
