Currently, I serve as a Team Lead at Turing, where I coordinate an international team of eight members, focusing on quality, productivity, and technical support. My experience includes training Large Language Models (LLMs) for innovative projects, utilizing the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework, which has been instrumental in my role at one of the world's top companies.

Previously, I worked at Robert Bosch as a Product Engineer and Scrum Master, where I successfully planned and executed 14 complex projects with international teams. My leadership skills were pivotal in ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence while fostering collaboration and communication among team members. I am dedicated to training and developing project team members, guiding them to achieve high performance and efficiency in their roles.
