In my most recent role as a Credentialing Specialist II – Pharmacy (Remote), I managed pharmacy credentialing processes for providers and pharmacies while ensuring regulatory compliance. I verified licenses, certifications, enrollment records, and provider documentation, maintained credentialing databases, and handled confidential healthcare information in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
