I’m looking for remote opportunities in customer service, healthcare administration, medical billing and coding, claims processing, and patient support. I want to support a mission-driven team, keep my work accurate and confidential, and continue growing professionally.

I’m a customer-focused healthcare professional with experience in customer service, healthcare support, administrative operations, and case management. I’m currently pursuing my Medical Billing and Coding certification and building on my Bachelor of Science in Pre-Counseling.

I’ve delivered professional support through phone and email while maintaining confidentiality, documenting interactions accurately, and managing high-volume workloads. I pride myself on problem-solving, strong communication, and adapting quickly to new systems and processes.

My training includes HIPAA compliance and bloodborne pathogen training, plus medical courier experience and administrative skills. I’m building expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS coding, medical terminology, healthcare reimbursement, insurance claims processing, and medical documentation.

I enjoy helping people, finding solutions, and creating positive experiences for customers and patients alike. I’m seeking remote opportunities where I can contribute to a mission-driven team while continuing to grow professionally.
