I am a dedicated customer service professional with a strong background in hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service. My experience includes working as a Front Desk Agent at La Quinta Inn and Suites, where I honed my skills in guest relations, reservations, and property maintenance. I take pride in ensuring that every guest has a pleasant experience, and I am always willing to go the extra mile to meet their needs.
In addition to my role in hospitality, I have worked in various customer-facing positions, including as a cashier at Rite Aid and K-Mart, where I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills. My ability to connect with customers and resolve their issues has been a key factor in my success. I am also a certified dog walker, demonstrating my commitment to caring for others, whether they are two-legged or four-legged!
