Built the delivery stack from scratch, saving over 10 hours a week through automation. Shipped eCommerce builds for retail and wholesale clients on Shopify and Shopify Plus, including custom Liquid templates and Cin7 inventory sync.

Supported the Head Project Manager on task assignment, timelines, and sprint execution. Wrote and tested bug tickets and enhancement specs, then chased blockers with developers.

Triaged and prioritized support requests with the dev team and ran delivery on Agile. Ran deployments through UAT and Production, plus QA testing before each release.

Led L2 application support for a US multichannel video programming distributor. Investigated and resolved streaming and non-streaming incidents, and introduced procedures that reduced escalations and automated recurring work.

Migrated the company website from HubSpot to WordPress. Built an omnichannel contact center on Amazon Connect using Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch, and integrated Workato and Freshdesk over their APIs.

Ran the team day to day including decisions, performance reviews, and the support queue. Produced weekly and monthly client reporting.

Provided L2 support for overseas clients as the named point of contact. Completed a DevOps apprenticeship covering GCP, Docker, Cloud Build, and Postman.

Built a fitness website from scratch in PHP/CodeIgniter. Also performed Mendix low-code work.

Developed Magento 1 and 2 modules and custom functionality for an Australian eCommerce client, plus ColdFusion work.

Developed CodeIgniter web applications for Jollibee Foods Corporation. Scoped the work and presented it to the client personally.

Developed SugarCRM web applications for Australian clients and fixed client-raised defects in Jira.

Developed CodeIgniter features including medical forms. Fixed QA defects in Redmine and tested before release.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Lyceum of the Philippines University in 2012.
