I'm building and leading Voltron, LLC while raising over $15M for American University School of Medicine in Aruba and bringing ventures such as Sky Aviation and EGOZ-related avionics-defense businesses from concept to launch. I also lead Hippocratic Growth, an award-winning cultivation operation that grew to seven employees and more than $500,000 in annual revenue.

I've handled complex maritime, environmental, cybersecurity, and commercial matters at Wilson Elser, Maynard Cooper & Gale, and Johnstone Adams, including vessel casualties, cargo claims, oil-spill matters, Rule B attachments, and litigation involving the MAERSK ALABAMA. I bring an LL.M. in Admiralty, published maritime-law scholarship, and experience developing business, legal, and fundraising strategies.
