At Bitward Limited, I served as sole legal counsel to a group of BVI and Panama investment funds and brokerage entities. I shepherded a fund from incubator to professional fund status under British Virgin Islands regulation and drafted its offering and subscription documents.
I advised Redline Lab on Web3 investments, including term sheets, SAFEs, convertible notes, and equity rounds. At Simply Payments Group, I built and ran the legal and compliance function and led the group's PCI DSS implementation.
Earlier, I drafted commercial agreements at R3 LLC and supported blockchain and crypto matters across roles in Dubai and New York. I'm admitted in Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia, and bring business training from NYU Stern alongside my legal education.
