I've served as counsel on more than $6 billion in transactions and offerings, facilitated 16 public listings on the Frankfurt and NASDAQ OTC exchanges, and led public and private capital raises across Europe, Asia, and North America. At Baystone Global Partners, I oversee investment and management contracts across Europe and the Middle East while directing seven investment and project managers in five countries.

My work spans general counsel, public-company leadership, corporate finance, governance, global banking law, investor relations, and venture funds. I have also taught business law, legal issues in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship at the University of Washington Tacoma.
