What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate people and processes with strong attention to detail, solve problems quickly, and keep learning. I work best in teams where communication, reliability, and accountability matter.

I’m a performance-driven Scheduling Coordinator who brings a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. I’m focused on improving and expanding my skill sets through continued experience while staying calm and effective with sensitive, time-sensitive work.

In my current role, I schedule caregivers across Westchester and all 5 boroughs to match cases with skills and abilities. I act as a moderator between patients and caregivers, handle personal or sensitive matters, and escalate when needed to keep support consistent and appropriate.

I also manage billing and payroll discrepancies, including proper billing codes of services used while providing service. Alongside that, I communicate on behalf of patients to insurances and stay aware of proper documentation and expectations needed.

Previously, I built operational and problem-solving experience with United Health Group as a Claims Resolution Coordinator, troubleshooting claim issues case by case, organizing claim entries for teammates, and coordinating groups when required for timely completion. I’ve also held leadership and emergency-operations responsibilities—supervising dispatchers, developing operational guidelines, staffing and scheduling, and supporting multi-location coverage—along with customer-facing, safety-focused work as an MTA Train Conductor and front-line security roles.
