My name is Jonathan Mvula, and I am an aspiring IT technician with a diploma in computing and a background in business management. I have honed my skills through various roles, including my experience as an Assistant IT Technician Officer at Children Of The Nations and cotni, where I was responsible for installing and configuring operating systems, monitoring systems and networks, and troubleshooting software faults. My academic journey at the National College of Information Technology has equipped me with a solid foundation in software development, networking, and database management.

In addition to my technical skills, I have developed excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing me to effectively interact with individuals at all levels. I am passionate about technology and eager to contribute my skills to a dynamic team. My volunteer experience as a primary school teacher and computer lab administrator has further enhanced my leadership and teamwork capabilities.
