I’m a Principal Product Manager with 15+ years building native iOS and Android products used by millions and by frontline teams who need fast, reliable tools. I thrive working closely with engineers and designers to cut through ambiguity and deliver mobile experiences that feel obvious once they exist.

At Turning Stone I own product strategy and roadmaps for customer-facing and internal digital platforms across hospitality, gaming, and resort operations, balancing long-term vision with operational priorities. Previously I led global consumer mobile app strategy at IHG and flagship mobile experiences at Delta, driving booking, check-in, real-time status, and day-of-travel workflows.

My approach pairs qualitative feedback with quantitative data—analytics, experimentation, and customer insight—to prioritize initiatives, improve engagement and retention, and scale platforms across use cases and business units. I champion accessibility, performance, and reliability for high-traffic, mission-critical mobile products.

I mentor product teams, establish shared product practices, and bring operational empathy from years supporting customers and testing real-world systems. My work is recognized by industry awards and includes a patent for an interactive flight status display.
