I’m a motivated marketing professional determined to further my career in a business environment through professional development. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management, I bring strong marketing instincts, clear communication, and a consistent drive to improve results. In customer-facing roles, I’ve consistently raised customer satisfaction through personal and professional growth. As a Delivery Driver for Grubhub, I completed approximately 3000 deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service ratings. I worked closely with teammates and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction while also maintaining healthy relationships with restaurant management.

I also add an operations and coordination mindset to my marketing work. As a Project Assistant at Garner Investments, I worked closely with the Founder & CEO to ensure administrative duties and project completions stayed on schedule, and I followed up with clients to maintain good customer relations by recording feedback and exploring future opportunities. I’ve managed onsite crews and coordinated project work within budgets, which sharpened my time management, collaboration, and adaptability.
