At the University of Maryland, I advised multiple client groups on employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, and performance management. I used HR and legal experience alongside case data analytics to help shape strategies for complex workplace issues.
I was a key partner in preparing and implementing Workday, leading a workgroup in process mapping and serving as the primary point of contact for designing the employee relations function.
At Conducere LLC, I served as the primary HR and legal advisor as needed, supporting an organizational development firm centered on future-focused workforce planning. I also advised on client workforce planning projects and reviewed business contracts.
At Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center, I supported employee and labor relations, represented the employer at union grievances, and contributed to engagement initiatives. Earlier, I conducted employment-law research and drafted case documents at Mallon & McCool, LLC.
