At JMD Partners, I direct employee relations for a 30+ person organization, handling workplace investigations, formal HR cases, documentation, performance coaching, and benefits administration from intake through resolution.
I designed and implemented the organization’s current investigation system, replacing an ad hoc process with a consistent, repeatable approach. I apply working knowledge of employment law, particularly Maryland regulations, to support fair, compliant, and well-documented personnel decisions.
I also coach and manage employee performance, interpret policies, verify payroll accuracy through ADP, and work with leadership, vendors, and community partners to address operational needs.
My experience includes leading 30+ employees at ConAgra, improving staffing and production processes, and conducting research and advocacy work on water insecurity and environmental justice. I’m currently an MFA Studio Art candidate at American University and support faculty as a teaching assistant.
