What I'm looking for
I’m a co-founder focused on delivering smooth, reliable client interactions, including IT management of personal information on governmental sites and ensuring first contact through direct business communication. I handle unexpected client requests quickly, keeping service steady even when priorities shift.
Before and alongside my co-founder role, I built strong people-facing and operational experience in hospitality and guest experience. At the European Parliament, I contributed to guest experience during a major organized encounter and worked on published material for clarity and standards.
I also bring hands-on event and relationship coordination experience from the Eiis European Innovation for Sustainability Summit. I assisted with event coordination, led volunteer orientations and trainings, and improved how volunteers are matched to roles—supported by my proven ability to conduct interviews and collect accurate information.
