What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in school or club sports where I can build athlete-centered programs, manage staff and budgets, ensure safety and compliance, and foster community-engaged, development-focused teams.

I am a seasoned volleyball coach and sports program manager with long experience in coaching, athlete development, and school-based sports leadership. I have combined hands-on coaching with program operations to support player growth and team culture.

I have developed training programs, managed logistics and events, and led varsity sports operations including staff, budgets, recruitment, and community engagement. I hold national coaching certifications and referee accreditation and have completed courses in sports science, safety, and occupational health.

Before focusing on sports I worked extensively in administration, HR support, data control, procurement assistance, inventory management, and PC troubleshooting. I bring structured program management, attention to compliance, and a commitment to athlete-centered development.
