What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining coaching, adjudication, and event/program coordination where I can develop teams, run efficient tournaments, and expand outreach in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

I am a magna cum laude graduate in Political Science from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with consistent academic honors and awards. My academic record includes a 1.25 GWA and multiple Linang ng Bayan and Dunong ng Bayan awards between 2023 and 2025.

I have hands-on teaching experience as a debate coach for children aged 7–15 and I have led large-scale training initiatives, having trained over 100 apprentices in seven weeks and over 180 apprentices in another program. I also served in multiple leadership roles within the PUP School of Debaters, including Grandmaster and Deputy Grandmaster, coordinating workflows and member engagement.

As a competitive debater and adjudicator, I have a strong record of tournament achievement — finalist and speaker awards at national opens — and extensive adjudicating credentials including invited roles at international events such as the Malaysia International and China Universities Debating Championship. I have experience directing tournament operations, score tabulation, and round logistics for events with 200+ participants.

I bring strong communication skills in English, Filipino, and Cebuano, and practical computer skills with G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva. I seek opportunities where I can combine coaching, adjudication, and program coordination to develop debate programs and support competitive teams.
