At Apple, I led trade marketing and customer experience across retail, telco, and reseller channels, managing 16 direct reports and coordinating a field network of 500+ partner sales staff. I negotiated Joint Business Plans that grew market share by 5 points and delivered 100% sales quota attainment every year since 2016.

I've built go-to-market, POS merchandising, partner training, and NPI execution programs across technology, retail, banking, pharma, and digital businesses. My work has delivered 20% annual growth across Apple’s top five lines of business, 45% platform-usage growth at Elektra.com and BAZ.com, and $2M USD in first-year sales at Skywood Electronics.
