What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support insurance operations and clients end-to-end—processing applications, monitoring CRM statuses, and providing responsive policy servicing—while contributing to accurate reporting and smooth coordination in a supportive, organized team.

I’m an Administrative Assistant with experience in insurance operations, client support, and CRM-based systems. I focus on processing applications, monitoring account status, and delivering efficient customer service.

In my role as Administrative Assistant/Secretary, I managed a unit manager’s email inbox and calendar to ensure timely responses and well-organized scheduling of client meetings and team activities. I processed new insurance applications, verified accuracy of client information and documentation, and kept records organized and up to date.

I also monitored application status through the agent portal (CRM system) from submission to policy approval, following up with the concerned departments when needed. My work included handling customer inquiries and policy servicing requests, along with email management, reporting, and administrative coordination in fast-paced environments.

Alongside operations support, I’ve done customer-facing work as a Financial Advisor at Sun Life. I maintained and updated client records and policy details, used CRM functions to support servicing requests, and contributed to regular team reports on production monitoring, sales tracking, and performance.
