I've supported Microsoft Azure Big Data Lakes & Analytics and Cosmos teams, maintaining Azure infrastructure and resolving subscription, tenant, permissions, storage, and data-platform issues.
I build Azure Stack HCI environments, deploy servers, configure cluster and site-to-site setups, and troubleshoot software issues for customers, partners, and OEMs. I also set up lab environments and network devices to reproduce issues and support incident resolution across teams.
At Byte Software, I maintained IIS public-facing websites, SQL Server backends, VMware ESXi environments, switches, VLANs, and QA/Test application builds through PowerShell scripts.
