At Clarity Consulting LLC, I redesigned nearly every team workflow from manual to automated to AI-native. I mapped how work moved across research, analysis, reporting, and marketing, then automated repeatable steps and rebuilt core processes around AI agents and connected apps.
I built and run 18+ task-specific agents for research, document extraction, summarisation, and decision support, with quality checks and escalation rules. I also packaged recurring analysis into reusable Claude skills that turn raw vendor invoices into finished multi-tab Excel workbooks.
I built API and webhook automations for lead routing, follow-ups, campaign targeting, savings tracking, and margin reporting. When webhooks failed in a lead follow-up pipeline, I traced and fixed the break, replayed missed events, and added a check for silent failures.
Before Clarity Consulting LLC, I led HR system implementations at BizKit Technologies Inc. and worked in trade and industry development at the Department of Trade and Industry – CAR. I also co-built and operate Court Commander, a badminton court queuing and reservation platform serving players across Baguio City.
