At Go2, I turned managers’ six-hour review of one worker-day into a tool that let them review a day in minutes. I built the prototype end to end, from a BigQuery pipeline over keystroke and window-title logs to a Claude prompt layer and a Streamlit interface.
I worked with the CEO, head of engineering and business managers to shape the company’s AI R&D agenda and set expectations for what models could do. Five managers validated the tool’s outputs against their manual reviews before wider rollout.
After rollout, I prioritized and shipped modules for chat sentiment and automated report generation, and documented findings and reproduction steps for engineering’s company-wide rebuild. I also prototyped sales follow-up automation and a RAG knowledge base for workers to support go-or-no-go decisions.
Before Go2, I designed data marts and recurring reports at BDO Unibank, ran a customer segmentation study, and migrated data pipelines to Microsoft Azure. At Advanced World Systems, I led a team of five from concept to a shipped product and companion app monitoring plugged-device power use.
