I'm the CTO at ImBalance, leading product and technology delivery for an AI-driven digital wellbeing platform. I lead an eight-person multidisciplinary team and own architecture, infrastructure, security, engineering standards, and technical risk.
At SEB, I led mobile-first digital portals for Sweden's life and pension insurance market, shaping front-end architecture and reusable components. I also integrated Azure and OpenShift infrastructure, modernised delivery with canary releases and feature toggles, and mentored developers through reviews and technical workshops.
Previously at IRIS Corporation Berhad, I designed solution architectures for national e-ticketing, smart-card, e-ID, e-passport, and tax-refund platforms across international markets. I'm increasingly focused on responsible AI, agentic systems, AI governance, and executive-level technology transformation.
