What I'm looking for

I seek HR or people-ops roles where I can apply assessment expertise, improve recruitment and onboarding processes, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

I am a BS Psychology graduate and civil service eligible professional with hands-on experience in human resources, psychological assessment, and global customer support. I combine data-driven people operations with a human-centered approach to improve recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

In HR roles and internships I supported end-to-end recruitment, coordinated onboarding, and handled personnel administration while contributing to process efficiency and stakeholder communication. In clinical settings I administered and scored psychological assessments, collaborated on validation with resident psychometricians, and assisted in therapy-related evaluations.

Through leadership roles in student organizations and customer-facing technical advisory work, I have demonstrated strategic planning, conflict resolution, partnership development, and technical troubleshooting, driving team performance and engagement across academic and professional environments.
