What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to grow in Talent Acquisition with a focus on technical recruiting and AI/data infrastructure roles. I want to support end-to-end candidate coordination with accuracy, confidentiality, and data-informed decision-making, while learning from a collaborative team.

I’m a Detail-oriented Psychology graduate, Registered Psychometrician, and Certified Human Resource Associate with hands-on experience across human resources, organizational development, healthcare operations, and clinical psychology settings. I support recruitment and talent acquisition through candidate screening, documentation, coordination, and administrative work—staying accurate, professional, and confidential in fast-paced environments.

In healthcare operations, I provided administrative and operational support, handled customer concerns through in-person, phone, and email communication, and prepared operational reports while coordinating inventory monitoring and daily activities. In internships, I assisted with client intake, psychological assessments, and clinical documentation, and supported an HR team with sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding documentation, and employee records.
