I seek HR roles focused on recruitment, onboarding, and employee records within collaborative, process-driven teams that value accuracy and professional growth.

I am a Registered Psychometrician and Certified Human Resource Associate with hands-on HR operations experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee record management. I graduated Summa Cum Laude in Psychology and have completed clinical, industrial, and counseling internships where I led assessments, psychoeducation, and case work.

In my current HR role I manage candidate sourcing, background checks, pre-employment compliance, contract drafting, and onboarding processes while maintaining confidential HR records and assisting managers with daily HR tasks.
