Liannah Danika Lambayao

I am a Registered Psychometrician and recent Psychology graduate with hands-on experience in HR operations, counseling, and student organization leadership. I bring a blend of clinical testing knowledge and practical administrative skills developed through internships and campus roles.

During HR and counseling internships, I managed applicant documentation, conducted cold calls, assisted onboarding, facilitated pre-employment and standardized tests, and ran career counseling sessions for students and families. I maintain meticulous case notes and support assessment administration processes.

As an active student leader, I led the Xavier University Cultural Dance Troupe as President, oversaw productions and technical logistics, and managed communications and partnerships for multiple university organizations. I also coordinated promotional campaigns and wellness initiatives for student councils.

I am committed to contributing my assessment, organizational management, research, and communication skills to a team-focused role where I can drive results, support client and student needs, and continue professional growth.
