I build growth with customers through trust, clear communication, and end to end management of customers’ needs and requirement. I’m hands-on with problem solving and focused on delivering results that translate into sales.

In my Account Manager role, I manage customers business growth by acting on real requirements and keeping execution tight from start to finish. I also generate sales by keeping customers engaged and ensuring their needs don’t stall inside the process.

Previously, I worked in a sales team capacity as an intermediary between customers and the sales team, including creation of sales order for customer and ongoing customer support. I’m comfortable coordinating across stakeholders to keep orders accurate and timelines moving.

I also bring operational experience from working as a warehouse officer, including outbound external auditor responsibilities. Earlier, I taught Mathematics and Computer and served as Sports director, which strengthened my ability to explain clearly, lead responsibly, and stay consistent with performance expectations.
