I am a dedicated and versatile professional with a diverse background in customer service, team supervision, finance, and mental health support. My proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships has been instrumental in my career. I thrive in environments where I can offer compassionate, patient-centered care, particularly to individuals with mental health disabilities.

Currently, I work as a PCA and medication technician at Serenity Living, where I provide person-centered care to individuals with mental and developmental disabilities. My role involves assisting with daily living activities and supporting emotional needs. Additionally, I have experience as an ABACounselor, where I instruct students in various academic subjects and implement instructional approaches tailored to children with autism.

With a strong foundation in customer service from my time as a Guest Advocate at Target, I have honed my skills in managing customer complaints and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. I am now looking to leverage my skills and experiences in a role that allows me to continue making a positive impact in the lives of others.
