I'm currently supporting remote users at InfoCision, resolving software, hardware, and connectivity issues while managing help desk tickets for a secure home-office environment.

Previously, I supported members at UPMC Health Plan and TransCore EZ Pass, handling high-volume account inquiries, benefits, claims, reports, and customer communications. I used Azure environments and SQL queries to maintain accurate information and prepare daily activity and cash-out reports.

At CBC Technovations, I repaired, upgraded, configured, and deployed workstations while tracking technical incidents and maintaining documentation. I also monitored Azure-managed endpoints and SaaS applications and analyzed ticket-resolution data to improve uptime.

My background includes remote-learning technology at StorefrontAcademy, IT help desk support at Columbia University, and customer-facing retail operations. I hold an Associate’s degree in Applied Science for Cybersecurity & Networking from CUNY Bronx Community College.
