At Charlotte Parks & Recreation, I design and maintain the department’s Power BI portfolio and its SharePoint-embedded “Park and Recreation Data Analysis” portal. I replaced manual reporting work with automated workflows and direct SQL connections.
I own the department’s CAPRA accreditation, including its migration from the sixth to the seventh edition ahead of 2027 reaccreditation. I drafted accreditation narratives, configured the assessment in PowerDMS, and created supporting evidence materials and reminder automation.
I also build performance-measurement systems and teach staff to create automations and use dashboards. Earlier, I managed hotel operations at Sheraton & Le Méridien and developed analytics consulting prototypes for the properties.
