I design, test, and deploy workflows with n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks to reduce repetitive work and improve operational efficiency. I also evaluate AI chatbots for accuracy, relevance, usability, functionality, and performance, adding reliability controls and documenting solutions.

At iSynergies Inc., I developed and maintained POS, microfinancing, and loan management systems using PHP, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, and OOP. I built dashboards, REST APIs, forms, and CRUD workflows while resolving UI, backend, API, SQL, and performance issues.

My project work includes CuraWound, an AI customer-support chatbot built with Claude, Node.js, Vercel, and Webflow; an AI chatbot platform using Next.js, TypeScript, Gemini AI, and Supabase; and NovaAssist, a virtual-support application with React, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, and Gemini API integration.
