At Aira Fitness, I design individualized strength and conditioning programs while providing one-on-one nutrition coaching for fat loss, muscle gain, and overall wellness.

I create personalized meal plans, perform fitness assessments, monitor progress, and teach proper exercise technique to help clients reduce injury risk. My approach centers on education, accountability, goal setting, and sustainable habits.

I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Family Consumer Sciences. My background also includes client relationship-building and customer education as a Licensed Property & Health Insurance Agent at Allstate.

As a former Division I football athlete and high school team captain, I bring leadership, communication, and a strong commitment to helping people achieve long-term wellness goals.
