Caden Noel

I’m a kinesiology student and certified personal trainer with experience in exercise programming, client coaching, and nutrition education. I build trust quickly by communicating clearly, staying organized, and following through with consistency and professionalism.

In my freelance role with FitVerse, I coach clients through customized fitness plans, provide exercise guidance, and offer basic nutrition support. I also use social media marketing to promote my services and communicate value to attract new clients. Previously as a Personal Trainer at Gorilla House Gym, I developed individualized workout programs, guided clients through sessions with strong technique and safety, and maintained reliable client relationships through accountability.

I deepen my practice through athletic training shadowing, including Penn State Altoona athletic trainers and additional exposure to anesthesiology and physical therapy through shadowing hours. Outside of training, I’ve worked in fast-paced operational roles—where I supervised employees, improved packing efficiency with lean manufacturing techniques, and focused on accuracy and efficiency in daily deliverables—skills that carry into how I show up for clients.
