I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA, 2026) building my coaching foundation through hands-on learning in program design, behavior change, and fitness fundamentals. I bring a strong customer service background and a communication-first approach to client support.

Right now, I’m honing remote personal training fundamentals so I can design workouts that match real goals and real schedules. I focus on clear communication, motivation, and habit building—so clients know what to do, why it matters, and how to stay consistent.

In addition to coaching skills, I’ve developed reliability and responsiveness through roles like cashier, team member, and office assistant. I’m used to working with people, staying organized, and adjusting quickly to meet needs.
