I’ve been in the fitness industry for 7 years and a health coach for 3 years, building personalized plans that match each client’s goals, needs, and abilities. I conduct fitness assessments, track progress over time, and adjust training based on feedback and changing goals.

I motivate clients to push past their limits while keeping sessions safe and effective—monitoring form, technique, and intensity to prevent injuries. I also provide nutritional guidance, design specialized programs for health conditions or physical limitations, and lead group fitness classes including cardio kickboxing, strength training, yoga, and HIIT.

I bring a client-centered, continuous-improvement mindset, staying up-to-date through education in exercise science. Beyond coaching, I’ve also worked in security, hospitality, and technology-related roles, so I’m comfortable with structured processes, documentation, and helping clients feel supported from start to finish.
