What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in personal training, corporate wellness, sports performance, or leadership and coaching roles where I can design individualized programs, use performance data, and help people reach measurable health and athletic goals.

I've taught health and physical education and coached fitness at Holden School District, designing individualized conditioning plans and adjusting goals through ongoing progress tracking.

I educate students on nutrition, exercise physiology, and sustainable wellness habits while adapting fitness instruction for diverse skill levels. My Bachelor of Science in Education in Physical Education gives me a strong foundation in exercise science principles.

Across football, track and field, and basketball, I use film, performance metrics, timing systems, and game data to shape strategy and athlete development.
