I am a results-driven professional with combined strengths in talent acquisition, web development, and culinary arts. I have a proven track record identifying top talent, coaching performers, and building high-performing teams across recruitment agencies.

At Honey Hive Talent Agency I recruit and coach live streamers, oversee auditions, and onboard talent; I also mentored a new recruiter in sourcing and selection techniques. Previously at Jack Agency I was the top recruiter in 2023, self-taught and hands-on across full-cycle recruitment.
