Scientist at Bruker Spatial Biology advancing CosMx spatial RNA and protein analysis for CRO projects.

United States
Message

At Bruker Spatial Biology, I complete CRO projects using the CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager, generating and analyzing single-cell spatial RNA and protein data.

I developed multiplex immunofluorescent assays for protein markers and used validated assays on the CellScape instrument to image tissue samples and quantify populations of interest.

I also furthered spatial analysis methods for multiplex immunofluorescent images and implemented them on customer samples, including calculating nearest-neighbor distances and cell neighborhoods.

Previously, at Washington University in St. Louis, I analyzed single-cell RNA sequencing data from clinical trial specimens and studied macrophage roles in pancreatitis using in vivo depletion, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry.
