I'm looking to lead manufacturing or operations teams where I can improve production performance, strengthen safety and quality compliance, develop employees, and drive continuous improvement.

At Abbott Pharmaceutical Laboratories, I manage production operations for up to 175 employees and five line leads, partnering with Quality, EHS, Maintenance, Procurement, 5S, and Planning to deliver high-quality products on time.
