Led an initiative to make more efficient use of AI tools and agents in the engineering team, establishing processes to maintain guardrails and agent skills. Managed a demanding inflow of multi-stream work requests from the client, ensuring priorities were met and maintaining clear communication.

Grew the team from three in-house engineers to more than 30, establishing practices to support this growth including code reviews, QA processes, and knowledge spreading sessions. Established ceremonies to manage the flow of work, including kanban and intra-team meetings, and line managed a team of 5 remote engineers.

Joined as one of the first in-house engineers, handling both backend and frontend tasks, including full-stack projects like A/B tests. Singlehandedly owned the internal operations backend tool, including feature elicitation and all full-stack work, and owned several internal libraries for analytics, pricing display, and A/B tests.

Managed a team of 5 remote engineers and spearheaded the roadmap for an SEO generating product. Drove the restructuring of the tech department during company growth, implementing processes for employee feedback and tech debt through 1-on-1 sessions, retrospective meetings, and structured planning sessions.

Led the development strategy and roadmap for Android and iOS apps in coordination with designer and product manager. Supervised an iOS contractor while personally maintaining the Android app through multiple complete overhauls to align with evolving product strategy.

As one of two founding engineers, singlehandedly held product ownership, feature elicitation, strategy, and hands-on development for internal operations tools. Wrote an ambitious AI algorithm based on Simulated Annealing to manage routing of multiple deliveries in real-time with service-level requirement constraints.
