Co-founded, architected and implemented a multi-tenant SaaS platform for mental health professionals, delivering scheduling, telehealth, secure client records, payments and branded digital experiences. Led product design, UI/UX, marketing website and conversion flows end-to-end alongside engineering delivery.

Owned end-to-end backend architecture for a distributed cybersecurity analytics platform processing high-volume security data. Led migration of core data layer from MongoDB to PostgreSQL and integrated AI capabilities into big data analytics pipelines.

Co-architected the core automation engine, aggregating and matching opportunities from 20+ external platforms through data-extraction and browser-automation workflows. Owned engineering roadmap and technical hiring decisions, helping scale the platform from MVP to thousands of active users over more than five years.

Developed and maintained e-commerce backend and platform features. Owned external client integrations and backend APIs, and built event-tracking and data-extraction workflows supporting product and operational analytics.

Led application engineering for the Athens public-transport fare-collection system and ATH.ENA Card application. Designed and delivered an NFC-enabled Android application, conducted code and architecture reviews, and mentored engineers across mobile and web components.

Built a multi-module Java analytics platform with custom data aggregators. Developed a custom Maven framework that reduced build time by approximately 50% and planned a PostgreSQL major-version migration across 100+ customer servers with minimal downtime.

Developed C-based features for LTE packet-core systems, including DIAMETER protocol handling, policy control and session management. Led engineering team as Scrum Master and Feature Owner for Software Defined Access Networks, delivering redundancy and in-service upgrade features.
