I’m looking to lead talent strategy end-to-end—modernizing ATS and reporting, applying AI-enabled recruiting, and coaching high-performing teams. I want to partner with execs to improve candidate experience, employer brand, and measurable hiring outcomes through growth and change.

I’m a Head of Talent Acquisition focused on making recruiting “make sense.” I’ve hands-on led recruiting teams and hired 200+ employees across all corporate functions, while partnering with executives to align talent strategy to business outcomes.

I bring a data-driven approach to simplifying recruiting through ATS modernization, better reporting, and AI-enabled sourcing tools. In multiple roles, I’ve transformed interview processes, improved candidate communications and Glassdoor ratings (from ~50% to 70%+), scaled teams, and delivered measurable employer-brand wins, including multiple “Best Places to Work” awards.
