At Kaiser Permanente, I lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud transformation, and disaster recovery programs, including a US$200M+ Private Cloud Transformation across five data centers. I've coordinated up to 45 engineers and vendors, delivered disaster recovery initiatives US$5M under budget, and generated US$3.19M in operational savings through modernization.
Previously, I managed infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity portfolios at Datasys Group and All Latam Tech, including CCSS cyber recovery following a ransomware attack. I bring experience managing concurrent initiatives, executive reporting, vendor negotiations, and global technical teams.
