With a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, I have honed my skills in delivering complex technical projects using traditional project management methodologies. My experience includes leading high-risk, high-value plant operations and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

During my tenure at Anglo American Platinum, I successfully led multiple projects, including a $1M–$5M campaign to process 80,000 tons of ACP Converter slag, achieving zero injuries and meeting production targets within the scheduled timeframe. My ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate project change requests has significantly improved plant monitoring capabilities and operational efficiency.
