At SANRAL, I manage operations and maintenance for a 4,330km national highway network, leading eight civil engineers and an annual works programme exceeding R500 million.
I've delivered highway rehabilitation, upgrades, pavement strategies, design reviews, construction oversight, and asset-management programmes. Over eight years, I delivered 95% of projects on time and within budget across an R3+ billion infrastructure portfolio, improved pavement condition indices from 68% to 79%, and reduced delivery costs by 8%.
I also founded Intellect Engineering, where I lead infrastructure design, project management, and technical advisory work for public and private clients across South Africa.
