I’m seeking a fully remote role in chat support or moderation where I can manage high volumes, de-escalate issues, troubleshoot problems, and maintain a fun, safe, customer-first atmosphere.

I’m an experienced customer service and live chat professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I manage real-time conversations, resolve issues efficiently, and keep interactions positive—whether the support is digital or face-to-face.

Most recently, I’ve been hosting and moderating live chat rooms as a Chat Star/Moderator, where I handle high volumes during peak periods, support players with queries and technical issues, de-escalate problems, and report user or system issues for quick resolution. I also bring multi-channel support experience from GoDaddy (chat, phone, and email) plus a strong service background from retail and hospitality, including quality standards, conflict handling, and team support.
